Highly informative course for understanding the fundamentals of IT support specialist. Helps in gaining knowledge about IT sector and diverse oppourtinities it provides.

This class was great. I'm currently working in the IT field but after taking this course and getting some background it has help me see some areas I could really expand.

Video guides were awesome and gave enough information to complete the course and the course laid a good platform for further learning and growth in an IT support career.

Seems fast paced and they are throwing a lot of information at you, but they do so in a way that is manageable and easy to retain compared to other courses I have tried.

A wonderful introduction to I.T that will give you an insight into the life of a googler or I.T support while also teaching the fundamentals needed for a role like this.
