This was a very in-depth online course I was able to understand more about the diffrtent OS ,I was able to create a VM machine then add ,remove and update software

I like the flexibility, that I can go at my own pace; this counts when you have two jobs and your elderly parents to care for and want to reach your personal goals.

While i have experience in the IT field already, it is always good to go back to the basics. Much has changed since my last training that is covered in this course.

Plenty of very useful info presented in a concise and easy to absorb fashion. Thank you for your work everyone at Google and Coursera that made the course possible.

I'm having a great time with this course thus far. Easy to understand, convenient, and full of lots of useful info in the field for beginners and advanced learners.

As a non-IT person my experience about the programme was like exploring a new world which can open new prospects for me if I choose to further enhance my knowledge.

As my first course, this made me really inspired onto finishing this overall course to get a certificate and to be able to learn more about networking and the like.

Great overview of fundamentals and spectrum of services required in IT support services roles. Looking forward to diving deeper into these topics in future courses.

This course was really good. It covered tech support fundamentals in a challenging but understandable way. It filled in numerous gaps in my overall tech knowledge.
