Very Practical introduction to technology support. all the basic skills and knowledge were covered especially when it came to customer service and troubleshooting

Every Lecture of this course is well made. completing assignments using google cloud is the awesome part. quizzes cover the syllabus that is taught in this course

Interesting. The remote desktop stuff was a challenge. I learned more than I was expecting. Finished the Technical Support Fundamentals section in about 10 hours.
