I got to learn a lot about the fundamentals of IT that I did not know already and there were few information that I can recall. I love the way coursera works.

While I knew a lot of this already, I am glad I brushed up on my knowledge and have definately learnt a lot from this course. Binary especially interested me.

Very satisfied. It was very educational, I learned a lot in a relatively short amount of time and the people / instructors they used were all great. Loved it.

Good course to learn the basics and fundamentals. In simple words this course is like a BIOS that loaded the craze to dive myself into the ocean of COMPUTERs.

I really enjoyed this course and gained a lot of information. The hands on labs are very helpful that made me feel that i can succeed through out the courses.

The PBJ thing really has to go, however. I was surprised to see such an old and tired documentation exercise being used in an innovative new training program.

I was stunned as someone who doesn`t have any prior knowledge of IT, this course made me to think hard, directed real life occurrences to what i was learning

This Google IT Technical Support Fundamentals course is amazing. However, as I explore other courses, I find the social sciences courses more of my interest.

Perfect balance of Videos, readings , quizzes and assignments. Felt like i learned and grew my knowledge of IT as a whole and cant wait to continue forwards.
