Definitely needs a revision for typos or unclear questions, but ultimately a really good course that allows someone to get a foundation for future courses.

I really loved it! It's very informative and engaging. You'll have hands on assignments, as well as additional reading material. The instructors are great!

Great way to format and include all basics included in IT support. Now I have a understanding as to the many areas I can self learn and build knowledge in.

Videos and assessments made my learning journey seamless. The tutors really took their time to make sure i got every term and did well to explain in depth.

I really like this course but I found 2 questions on quizzes that weren't mentioned on previous lessons. Apart from that, the knowledge feels very useful!

The great thing about Coursera is the flexibility. You can learn anywhere, which is better than a rigid campus curriculum.

Awesome course to start if you do not know the basics. It gives you a great overview of the IT world from how it started to how it works in the now world.

Loved this course. Learned a lot of new things like the linux terminal in addition to other already known stuff like how to uninstall programs on windows.

Interesting concept of learning for someone getting into IT. You've made it easy to understand and follow if you come from a background of not experiecne.
