I really loved it!!!!! Google is teaching you and making you familiar with what actually happens in the real world. That there is a world out of the books.

Great Introduction to IT. Someone with really no knowledge of IT prior to completing this course will surely be hooked and continue with the next courses.

Excellent course for people that wants to know the basics of IT. I think it helps to build a foundation for people that haven't been involved in IT at all.

More sensitive to gender and race issues than I anticipated. There was even a question about what to do when someone will only speak with the male IT tech.

Very good course, with great information, I did this between quarters of my Computer Science and it was a great alternative to comprehend the information.

There are abit of misspelled text on some of the contexts, might require some content editing, otherwise every lecturer was great and very understandable.

I was already familiar with the course material so I can't comment on it's difficulty, but everything was well explained, well organized, and entertaining
