It really gives you a good introduction to IT fundamentals, and if you are a bit tech-savvy beforehand, will fill all the gaps existing on your knowledge

Great refresher in regards to the components of a computer. Great interface for practicing some of the lessons and commands. I would definitely recommend.

This first course is a wonderful introduction to IT Support! It is easy to follow and gives you a basic understanding of the fundamentals of tech support.

Very informative and I like how it's all fundamentals to get you started. I have some computer knowledge but even then there was a lot that I didn't know.
