It was a great learning. This gave me a foundation work on how the computer works and the background to continuously build my knowledge

A very interesting course, i am very happy to take this course and am looking forward to taking other courses from coursera and google.

Really enjoyed this course and all of its content. There were a few hiccups with the QuickLabs assignments but they were taken care of.

This is an excellent course. It breaks down each process and allows for practice to allow for a complete understanding of the material.

Good course. I will recommend people to take it and note when I see Cert on resume that they would know Technical support fundamentals

Loved it, a bit on the basic side in contrast with my experience but I did learn a couple of best practices hints. Excited to continue.

Explanations of how computers work and real world comparisons were very helpful and helped bridge some of the gaps in my understanding.
