This is an interesting course for every beginner wishing to switch to entry IT Support Specialist role. The exercises are full of hands on practicals via Virtual Machine. I love the course contents because the exercises are challenging, fun and interesting.

This course is very well put together. It's amazing that you can cover this massive amount of information in only 6 weeks. This course manages to take the key concepts and introduce them in ways that keep you engaged no matter what style of learner you are.

Even if you're not looking for a career in IT, this course is valuable in so many ways to align your awareness and understanding of technology and our world today. I feel more able as an older member of society - all of it's not going over my head anymore!

A course of this level can only give the maximum grade. Very good, simple language, but profound in each lesson. I recommend it to everyone who is already without IT support and those who are entering the career. You are to be congratulated for this course.

I think the format is great. the videos and the tests and allowing us to go back and watch again. Also the supplemental reading was nice- but I would have figured out to look at Wikipedia so I am surprised some other sources were not recommended. Thank you!

I absolutely enjoyed this course. It taught me a lot about IT and customer support. I cannot wait to use my skills in troubleshooting, customer service, and just learning from my peers as well. I look forward to continuing and finishing this IT certificate.

Good initiation into the computer/technology field, it covers fundamentals needed as you advance further. An effective e-learning structure that contains videos that bring the human component to studying, and learning from people who work in the industry.

If you're alreaady interested in tech then most of this stuff is a breeze. But it offers alot of great information for people who are just looking to get into computers and tech. This is a good introductory course but may not be of great use for everyone.

Its probably the most friendly and nice to learn course ive ever made, lets check the rest of the formation i loved it so far, how they could bring up everything, i imagine how easy its to understand for a person that never had contact with IT area before.

This course was very helful introducing in a very understandable and intercting way the fundamentals of an IT role, profession expectatios and proper procedures.

I think this was a great introductory course to IT support, it started off slow and was interconnected and it helped me build my confidence that I was able to understand some of the basics. Now that I have these under my belt, I cannot wait to continue on!

This is an amazing course offered by google, with knowledgable and entertaining models. As someone who is new to technology, at some points I did get a little intimidated by the content. But trust once you start getting it, it all begins to click together!

Instructors are easy to understand and keep up with. Source material does a great job in breaking everything down and has left me confident to take my next step into a new career field. This is coming from someone with zero technical background whatsoever.

I enjoyed learning the different aspects of GUI for windows more visual and LINUX more script. I enjoyed the concept of customer service. Showing empathy is a good way to express the fundamentals of Customer service that can apply to relationships as well.

it was a great starter for anyone getting into It even people who know a little about it. they go into really goo detail about everything. everything about this course was amazing and I 100% recommend this to anyone who is looking to get into the It world.

Awesome course for everyone who is going to start their career in IT. I have just finished this course. The content contemplates fundamental concepts in many areas, to have a clear and general view of the world of it support regardless of prior knowledge.

I really enjoyed this course for the most part. However, it took me some searching on the forums to figure out why Qwik labs wasn't updating the Linux file quiz. That's the reason I fell behind the course. I hope to continue on forwards with little issues.

This course was filmed nicely, sound quality was great and the message was clear. The skills and the tasks that were given matched the information that was presented. This was gave a just right challenge to the person looking in growing their IT knowledge.

This is a very good program for both experience and inexperience in the IT Support field. This program teach from the fundamental knowledge of the IT Support and how to get ready for job interview. I'll recommend and encourage people to take this course.

Excellent course and I love how you broke the learning down into mini videos that were not usually longer than five minutes to keep the attention span up. I would have love to do more labs. I learned a lot and feel comfortable about entering the IT world.

For a beginner I found this course to be very informative. I wasn't left trying to figure things out as I gained a clear and conscious understanding of the information shared. The instructors seemed to be very knowledgeable and was not boring to listen to.

This course laid a great foundation for general understanding of COMPUTERS. I would recommend everyone to do this course, because it will give you all the basic knowledge you need for understanding "how computers work? ", "how to build a pc ? ", et cetera.
