I really want to appreciate the effort you put in the training to make me confident in the IT. My passion in the IT has grown by 90% now and I will make sure I continue to develop my skill so that I can be more useful to any company out there to hire me.

The "Technical Support Fundamentals" course is an absolutely brilliant way to achieve more knowledge in the topic of IT essentials. It really helps even if your beginner or intermediate. There is a good relation between videos, reading parts and quizzes.

I am sincerely grateful for this opportunity and I must commend Google and Coursera in taking this initiative and crafting out this beginners IT Module in positioning us to have a brighter, rewarding future as IT support specialist and beyond. Thank you.

Very easy to complete, just some issues with the external tool. Coursera will hopefully be able to fix mine as I have completed all of them but they won't update. Overall good course, talks about workplace situations and not just the tech side of things.

As the title of this particular course says, it is fundamentals. Having been in technical support for a while now, this provides the basics that all technical support staff should have. The Technical Support Fundamentals course is a great building block!

The Technical Support Fundamentals course was extremely informative and it made me even more excited aboutthe remaining courses and the magnitude of information there is to be learned. I feel like I am off to a great start and can't wait to move forward.

Some of the labs are a tad bit testy but attempting them on different internet browsers fixed the problems for me every time. Concepts are easy to understand and are explained very well. The supplemental readings can be extremely helpful and informative.

The course was awsome!!! I was hesitant to do it because I thought I needed to have a really focused mindset to do it; but it was so easily made to help you understand the content that I was amaze how easy I was learning. Thank you, coursera and google.

Thanks to all the coursera tutors for the good work they are doing and may God richly them all. Now, I can confidently say that I'm IT support specialist with all the knowledge I have received. It was truly a wonderful journey and a lovely one of cause,

Overall quite a nice little cert, please note though that one of the quizes in week 6 has questions that appear too early, as in, it asks questions that hadn't been covered up to that point, but they were covered a little after in the learning material.

I enjoyed going through this course. I already had IT background and the course was straight forward. However, I recommend this to anyone who want to start career in feild of IT, it would absolutely help you understand even without any background in IT.

Very good entry level information. Some of the time allotment felt a bit rushed. I had been under the understanding it was going to be more of complete at my own pace. Once I realized this I just pushed myself to get it completed as quickly as possible.

That was an excellent start to this course. I feel a little less worried and a bit more prepared to start digging in to the meat of this learning. Well done on making it so user friendly and accessible to those of us just starting out on this journey.

Wow, even as a person who was exposed to computers at a single-digit age, this answered so many questions and clarified so many things that I never even knew I was missing. I'm genuinely excited to keep pushing through the full course. Full steam ahead.

If you don't know anything about IT/Computers, this course is a start. This course is designed in such a way it makes it easy for any person to understand IT/Computers. From a scale from one (1) to ten (10) I grade this course 9 (Nine). Great course.

This is a great, overall introduction to computers and IT technology. The courses were broken down very well and the instructors were very engaging! By being able to learn at my own pace, this was course makes a great accoompaniment to any busy shedule.

I am very happy that I participated and successfully completed, this is GREAT course. For my first time I joined course and I fel happy and eager to follow all the course. I benefited a lot form the course.

I learned a lot from this course and it is very informational. Definitely go through this course before going to the other 4 courses. This one provides you with basic understanding and knowledge of everything that u will learn in the upcoming 4 courses.

This is the "fundamentals" af other that are pretty deep, so is an excellent overview for the entire IT PRO, I really learn some cool things from this course. Also I give my thanks to google for the 1 month free time, would love another month XD hahahah

The course briefly covered major topics to let you get a feel for what you will be doing and give you a basic understanding of the course. It was a good combination of listening to videos, reading and taking quizzes. It was great for a beginner course.

Amazing concise content which is amazing for high school students that have taken an (AP) advancement placement class on Computer Science. Hobbyists that program using software in Java, Python, and C++ will easily understand the content in this course.

I really enjoyed the online course. I thought it was well planned and layed out, easy for me to follow. The work load(h.w. & test)was just enough, so i could finish everything with enough time, learn about the topics and not feel over loaded and rushed

This course was amazing. I enjoyed every Teacher! They wer all very skilled and really made it easy to understand exactly what they were teaching and or the point that they were wanting me to understand.
