Its a great course for beginners, But if you have prior knowledge and experience of fixing tech problems of your friends then it might seem too easy for you. But it will still manage to surprise you with the communication part. Great course for sure

If you are willing to put the time in yourself, and don't rush through just to get it done and really focus on learning the material you'll do fine. If not, it won't do you any good. Hope you have a passion for IT, because it'll put you to the test.

I loved this Course. Honestly I enjoyed every part of it. It was very easy to understand the course materials and what was expected. While it was slightly frustrating with loading the Window labs, I was impressed at how easy and quick the labs were.

very information if the rest of the courses are like this demo this is going to be a fun education instructive and amazing course ill be taking everything was giving in easy to eat bite (no pun intended) sized segments for digestion and instruction.

The lessons are offline but the quality of the teachers and the lessons are taught in an interactive way as if the lessons were online. Really professionalism, quality and content are excellent, thank you very much, I learned very good information.

This course was really helpful because, there are some points that I didn't remeber maybe because it's something that not belongs to my daily day, but there also a lot of interesting ideas, information and tricks that you can use in your daily day.

This course is a great introduction into the world of techology. It does such a great job teaching all different kinds of topics. I happy to say that I will be taking the skills I learned here and used them in my school work as a software engineer.

Awesome instructors. The concepts are explained well. I do wish there was more practice and exams throughout the course as I and a visual hands-on learner. Maybe an additional practice area could be added for courses for the more hands-on learners.

The course is really so awesome with developing new skills for those who are at a beginner level. I have learnt different skills like assembling a computer,customer service,knowledge about what IT is and also how to use different operating systems.

The only part i was little confused about was the labs and how they work we ran into a couple issues one being my computer wasn't capable of running remote desktop. But after talking to customer service they suggested a site called allmydestops.com

i have learned innovative knowledge in this course especially assemble a computer in remotely customer soft skill ,IT Support related tasks and Technical knowledge to solve the tasks.it was a best experience in my digital learning of this course.
