Great course!!! Definitely what helped me master the topics in this course were the quizzes and the hands on labs. Great feature in this course. I look forward to keep learning more and reinforcing concepts that I already have knowledge on.

After having been disillusioned with the IT field after dropping out of DeVry (please don't laugh), it's nice to have the drive back and a much more affordable course to take which will prepare me to step into this field with my head held high.

An excellent course for anyone who is interested in a career in IT. This is perfect for people who have never had any IT training and is also a great refresher for anyone who has had some training and wants to sharpen their skills or knowledge.

I really enjoyed the Technical Support Fundamentals class and I intend to subscribe to the service to complete the other four courses to receive the certification. Thank you Coursera and the employees at Google for making this course possible.

Really well put together course, the labs and content are professional and give you the basics behind what goes into being in the field of IT. If you want to learn what it takes, or even just want basic information I suggest taking this course.

This was a great course that I recommend for anyone wanting to get a start in this industry. It was engaging and the modules were user friendly. I surprised myself with what I could achieve and just stayed committed and it was totally worth it!

I've done various online or computer based training courses before but the way Coursera and Google delivered all of this information has been brilliant. Big thumbs up. Great way to get started on learning how to support users and their systems.

A great introduction to computers and IT. I have taken a lot of online courses, and this is one of the best I have seen. The instructors are thoughtful and knowledgeable. They offer some interesting insights in an easy to digest course outline.

As a beginner in IT I found this course to be laid out well and easy to follow. Just make sure that the grades assignments are done on Windows, Chromebook will not work. You can use Chromebook to view all the videos and take test and quizzes.

I really enjoyed this course. I now have a better understanding of the way things work which has opened my mind to new possibilities I thought were unattainable.

It is a comprehensive introduction to IT Support and what that entails. The coursework is presented in a manner that is very easy to understand and keeps me interested. I look forward to finishing all the courses and getting my certification.

This was a very nice and detailed course. I was able to follow from beginning to end pretty easily. I was able to complete this course in approximately 3 hours. It is a very good course for beginner through experienced IT Support personnel.

I was really intimidating about the idea of entering the tech world as it is not something I'm familiar enough to feel comfortable and confident. So far, this course has introduce technology to me in a way that makes me excited to continue on.

This course was TREMENDOUSLY helpful in solidifying my foundational knowledge of IT concepts. The way things were broken down and explained seemed a little daunting at first, but honestly it was all very straightforward and easy to understand.

The Fundamentals course was excellent. The videos are short enough not to cause a laps in attention, but contain a lot of important information. The hands on labs are perfect. They are not just a simulation, they are real world environments.
