Although there may be some answers to questions that I don't necessarily agree with professional or when I'm in the field the course offered valuable insight and shed light on some of the areas I work with less on the day to day as well as areas I'm not too familiar with. I appreciate all the work that went into the course. The speed in which information was shared was excellent.

The "labs" were not so great. I have to sign up for Microsoft 365 to be able to do them. The multiple choice questions were a pain, not even partial credit for one good answer. Other than that, there was a lot of material I learned. It was a very challenging journey. Wish all the best!!!

This course is by far the worst of the 5 courses in the series. Rather than introducing the Microsoft 365 Ecosystem, it is more like a soft advertisement for Microsoft. The demonstrations in the course are simply glossed over, and there are a lot of advertising slogans in them. Apart from the fact that endpoint security is somewhat valuable, is a job like Service recommendation for a commercial entity suitable for an entry-level IT support specialist? Moreover, the examples given are all using Microsoft 365 solutions. The monopoly has infiltrated the course, which is really bad.

This is a greet course it really explains everything in Microsoft 365 applications and how teams collaborate in an organization using Microsoft applications .

That course is very interesting as a formation, be ready to receive a lot of information ! thanks you

This was definitely an advertisement for Microsoft 365. I also hated that you need a 80% or more to pass because of my learning disability and the test quite literally being more unforgiving than sonic 2 metropolis zone in a 4:3 aspect ratio. Most of the corporate garbage that was force fed in my mouth was fricking useless and extremely obvious advertisement. One part of the course also requires you to use a Windows only app. 1/5 stars
