Loved the course. Filled with so many eye-opening nuggets as to what actually does (or doesn't) make us happier. Would recommend this to anyone wishing to learn more about the science of well-being.

I am reinventing myself, a "Joe2.0". Post retirement has been difficult in finding my new meaning of life. This course was eye opening, educational & specifically useful to me. This course is worth your investment of time.

This is a therapy course, its truly one of a kind that need to be taken almost every year by everyone to remember and acknowledge the essence of happiness. Instead of just run around misleading information from social media.

Great course - highly recommend taking this course. Videos are good, lecturer is very engaging, content is science-based but accessible to all. It really made a difference for me and I will keep applying what I have learned.

Life changing, well worth it!!! Such good information excellent class. I would say this should be a required class but I think it will only work for individuals that are interested. Everyone should want to take this class :)

Excellent course, I have learned not to focus so much on saving (hoarding) money and buying items that I believe will make myself happy. I will be exploring more life experiences and enjoy the activities that make me happy.

Very good course, where you learn and think a lot about what science says regarding what is important for happiness. But since knowing is not enough, the course gives many tools to start applying that knowledge to your life.

Fabulous course! The most helpful insight I gained was that you can make concrete steps to be happier, and that you can achieve this using simple, specific strategies that defeat procrastination and thwart negative thinking.

This course could not have come into my life at a better time. I feel I have been able to use my time in furlough to figure out what I really want and combat some of the conscious/unconscious hurdles we set up for ourselves.
