Loved the course. Filled with so many eye-opening nuggets as to what actually does (or doesn't) make us happier. Would recommend this to anyone wishing to learn more about the science of well-being.

Absolutely amazing course with a large dose of science and practical exercises. The instructor is very knowledgeable. It was a pleasure for me to attend the course and listen to Laurie every week. :)

The course taught me how to REALLY happy. Not the happiness that is socially constructed but the happiness that could really make one self satisfied. Thanks for having this course!
