Loved the course. Filled with so many eye-opening nuggets as to what actually does (or doesn't) make us happier. Would recommend this to anyone wishing to learn more about the science of well-being.

Absolutely amazing course with a large dose of science and practical exercises. The instructor is very knowledgeable. It was a pleasure for me to attend the course and listen to Laurie every week. :)

Though I already knew a lot of the stuff already covered in the class , it was refreshing to see a different perspective and research data behind the good ideas and practices . I recommend the course !

Had a great time with this course. The videos were of high quality. The majority of the material was scientifically based. My favorite part was the final assignment where we could interact with others!

Great mix of studies and tools - and the focus on practice application really makes a difference (I read four assignments of peers and everyone reported an improvement in their happiness scores :) ).
