课程概述

Welcome to the 'ChatGPT Playground for Beginners: Introduction to the world of AI' guided project! In this project, you'll create an AI-powered Health Assistant using the ChatGPT Playground Graphical User Interface, simulating a conversation between a family doctor and a patient. By delving into the tool's key parameters, you'll learn how to effectively guide AI text generation and ensure your AI assistant provides contextually appropriate medical advice. You will experiment with parameters, plan out the patient-doctor conversations, and refine your prompts to simulate a realistic health consultation. You'll aim to customize the chatbot to accept and respond to real patient queries, learning how to adjust your parameters and prompts when the AI doesn't respond as expected. This project is suitable for beginner learners interested in AI and its potential in transforming online communication. No prior experience with AI or ChatGPT is required, making it an ideal starting point for AI enthusiasts and healthcare innovators. Please note, you will need a credit card to enable pay as you go tokens to use the Playground. You may be entitled to trial credits in which case there will be no cost to use the service. This project should take approximately 1 hour to complete....

Outdated UI and availability of models in the recording. Not the best examples for explaining Frequency Penalty and Presence Penealty parameter impact. Im quit sure that Quiz Question 4 has incorect answear marked as correct. It's DECRESING the Presence Penealty parameter value which makes the model stay on topic / prevent it from generating new ideas.

Amazing till the end. Review your quiz and the answers. Even ChatGPT agrees with me and your quiz is being marked "incorrect" when it is correct. The question is: You are designing a chatbot that needs to stick closely to the provided conversation context and should avoid introducing unrelated ideas. Which parameter would be helpful to adjust, and how should it be adjusted? I even took the quiz twice and choose the other less likely option and it was still marked wrong. Thank you for the quick course.

Good project for beginners, focused on the use of the playground, but useful also for understanding and exploiting textual AI in general. In this sense, resources on how to produce good prompts are valuable. On the other hand, the content of the course should be updated and some concepts, like the temperature, could be better explained.
