About research and option given on assignments for Gissele salon, it's not advisable to analyze same old data(older then 1 year) to launch new product or service rather inviting focus group not only maintain relation with existing clients but also it can be utilized as soft launch of product and service and at same time new data collected can be utilized for taking decision whether to launch service or not accordingto latest feedbck. Change is constant. This process will not only give new dimension to existing customer or clients at same time it would work as qualitative research platform. Correct the thinking process of yours.
