The presenter was excellent. Great overview of active listening. The background videos were not always relevant to the spoken content. Another improvement might be to suggest some role play scenarios students can do between each module. In any case, I recommend the course.

I was on the fence for awhile on this course but boy am I glad that I stuck with it; I have literally observed the advantages of taking this course in real-time while engaging in conversation with people. This course is wonderful.
