The content of the course was comprehensive, but there are several things that could be improved upon: First, while most Coursera courses are scripted, they are usually presented in a conversational tone. This was a very dry read, and I found it difficult to focus due to the monotonous delivery. Second, often the definitions used the words they were defining. For example, "Project administrators are users who have been assigned the Administer Project permission." This happened a lot. It would have been more effective to just define the function of the defined terms. Last and most important, the practice projects would have been MUCH more effective by using an actual sample project. Instead, we were asked to title them "Project A" and "Item 1", etc. Using vague generic terms did not help to visualize how a real-world project, issue, story, epic, etc. would be organized.

Contains useful introduction to Agile and some interesting general history. However, it is a very dry script reading with too much focus on click-by-click demo via slides. As a beginner course, it might be more effective to have an engaging instructor emphasizing the conceptual content. It might feel more cohesive to have a relatable software project with personal user stories carried throughout. The course needs a holistic approach to showcase how Jira is beneficial for applying security and project and issue management, for transforming collaboration and team dynamics.

As it is a course from Atlassian, the company that made the platform Jira, I expected much more from this course. The course was led by a teacher who looks like is reading a boring book. It was annoying to follow his explanations in a flat speech that makes you lose focus. I also believe that could have many more animations on the screenshots presented, so it would help us to understand where is the main topic of the teacher's explanation. There are some red arrows indicating it, but for a few times and it could have much more animations to make a much better presentation!

The content should be updated, it feels like some things aren't where they are shown in videos or are harder to find than what is mentioned in labs. Labs also feel a bit lackluster, just reading some text and trying to follow along, also the tasks and everything feel generic, I could've preferred to have something more closely resembling a real project or case study in them.
It does have some concepts about Kanban boards, Scrum, Agile, and some practice with Jira Software Cloud, but it could've been better.

Course was not very engaging, and presented in a monotonous voice. A lot of information was presented, very quickly. Lab instructions were sometimes confusing and outdated, whenever I was behind schedule. This was mentioned in the instructions, but I had to often search for instructions or explore on my own.
Overall, the course was useful as a refresher, and taught features that I had not used before. I learned a lot but, I felt the amount of time required was more than what was mentioned.
