There was a typo in one of the questions. Item number 7, what are the nine characteristics of a traditional organization. 'Nice' was typed instead of 'nine'. In one of the assessments, there were two blank questions in the file. But other than these, everything was well. I learned a lot and will apply what I have learned in the future.

Absolutely Excellent introduction to Agile Leadership, A Fairly new concept defining a traditional and agile leader and identifying their key characterristics. I loved the way Oxana explained every little detail of the course, that was clear and easy to follow. Looking forward to completing the rest of the courses.

This course is very informative and motivating. It helps individuals appreciate changes and how to be flexible in this changing world. It motivates us in welcoming changes, deal with such in a positive manner by using it as tools for improvement. It also helps me appreciate the beauty in self transformation so as to lead a team that is agile and innovative. Thank you to Professor Oxana Trotsenko for a well-delivered lecture on Agile Leadership. She inspires students in changing oneself positively in order to influence other to be more agile and flexible with the changes, which help individual to discover weaknesses and strength for the overall personal and professional growth.

I definitely understood the concepts presented in this lecture. They are very precise and also enough information is shared for us to follow and understand the various concepts between Agile and Traditional ways of business from leadership, team and organization.

In this unit I acquired a lot of knowledge about change management and differentiating an agile environment from a traditional one. I would like that just as the sessions can be seen in Spanish, the evaluations can also be seen in Spanish.
