Throughout this mini course, we explore the relationship between diet and health by examining the eating patterns that have been shown to prevent chronic diet-related conditions. We touch on the nutritional components of the foods and beverages common in healthy eating patterns and explore strategies that can help you make the shift to better food choices. By the end of this course, you should feel more confident identifying and building a healthy plate. This course is offered by the Gerald D. and Dorothy R. Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy at Tufts University.

This training was truly fantastic. The content was clear, practical, and highly relevant, providing both valuable knowledge and actionable strategies. The course is very practical and interesting and the lecturers' recommendations can be easily applied in everyday life. She learned some surprising facts about certain nutrients. Applying this advice will certainly have a positive impact on my health (and that of my family too). I used a recipe from resources suggested by lecturers.

It is a very basic course, I think it would be good to advertise it for those who want to go on a diet, I actually took the course to refresh my knowledge and not get moldy. As a comment, there are too many very repetitive readings and in two cases my antivirus blocked them.
This has been the best on line course I have taken for health. Interesting, informative and easy to apply to life. Speakers were clear. Most importantly the course was recently updated. The information is current where many courses are years behind.
I love this course, it gives so much information in detail about why some foods are healthier versus the non-healthier ones. I really would like to be more creative in applying the knowledge I learnt here in my cooking!
