OK as a starting point to initate self reflection and to be reminded of some "mechanics" of the American job market. I am not so sure it fits European and more modern company culture. Some of the presented tools and assignments are helpful.

It is unfortunate that after working through this course I must wait weeks for completion to be recorded at Coursera. It has been a week and my progress indicates 99% complete. I can find nothing missing, even though I have searched my record. This is disappointing and frustrating.

I have completed 3 out of 4 courses for this program and my home page only shows 1 course completed. This is poor educational practice. I won't be signing up for additional Coursera courses in the future.

Additionally, one of my course submissions was peer-reviewed by an individual who clearly just went down the review questions and clicked on the middle response. The result is I did not earn enough points and now must redo the submission. THIS IS NOT OKAY. If an negative peer review is submitted, someone from Coursera should look at that review to ensure it fairly assesses the submission. This was not done and is an example of very poor educational practice. I deeply resent having to redo this submission, when it was well done to begin with.
