Awesome introduction into organizational leadership! I've been a leader for decades and even I was able to learn from this. The only reason I didn't give this a 5 star rating is because it is very, very heavy on peer reviewed exercises which were tedious and didn't really add to my learning expreience.

The tools and frameworks are great resources. It will elevate the leadership style if we continue to practice these learnings everyday - these are relevant for our personal and professional spheres.

The course's content on personal leadership was well-organized and easy to understand. The material related to teamwork was satisfactory. However, I found the section on system knowledge to be rather basic and lacking in structure. I would have appreciated deeper insights into establishing effective connections, more strategies for engaging with stakeholders, and enhanced methods for system evaluation.

The content is really good but no one replies to doubts and unlocks assignments to be able to continue

Many of the students were just usineg AI for the assignments which really ruined the experience for me
