As someone who does graphics design as a side job, I really found this course useful. I can better understand and form proper criticism about other works, and explain my own works better to clients with my new jargon.

Nice and thorough review of design aesthetics for span from start of industrialization to around of start of 21th century. It could also include a shallow review from older times and history as one extra week/module.

The course gave me knowledge how to critique a graphic design or advertisement in an objective manner. The teachers provide examples that are refreshing, creative, and fun which makes the videos a delight to follow.

The teachers made the content easy to understand. Excellent study material. It was very useful. Application based weekly assignments were useful, helped developing my critique thinking and observation power.
