Great introduction course to cybersecurity, however, there's no hands-on experience or software training included. If you want to practice using the labs as mentioned throughout the course you have to buy them separately through EC-Councils ilabs webpage (which is more expensive than this course). This course is fantastic for verifying whether or not to further pursue this field however if you're looking for a certificate that will offer better job opportunities then I would suggest going straight to the source (EC-Council's Ethical hacking/ Pen testing master certificates). I will say I personally benefited however and the professor is fantastic.

The professor was fun and engauging! Although I expected to have labs to follow along with, but there wasn't any. It was a lot of useful information, however I feel like I could have spent my time in a different course. Overall, a useful and very informative class. I recommend having a good understanding of this area prior to taking this class. I also did find a site from the discussion forum in this class called Try Hack Me that allows you to perform labs and learn things as well!

Very informative and interesting but overloaded with terminology and often lacks proper explanation. Some questions in the quizes were not even mentioned during the lectures. But in general worth the time and effort to refresh and learn more things about cybersecurity.

Was told that the course included labs. Unfortunately did not find any, but nevertheless was a great course in general. Kevin was able to bring just the right amount of humor into the learning, which made the journey as a whole, entertaining

El curso está muy bien explicado por el profesor, lo hace de forma profesional y amena. Se echa en falta un parte práctica con el uso en lab de algunas aplicaciones de forma básica.

前半は正直言って退屈だったが、後半はおもしろかった。

このコース１つで、下手すると小さめの専門講座１セット分程度の情報量がある。

それでも誤字脱字の類のミスは１つも無かった。作り込みのクオリティは高い。

ただ、どこまで行っても概要レベルの説明のため、

このコースで何かのスキルを身に付けたという感じでは無いが、後続のコースに期待したい。

A little disappointed by this one. The instructor was very knowledgeable and likeable but the course itself seemed to be missing a lot of information, and there were no labs at all even though its mentioned a few times. It feels like there were definitely parts missing, or that this was taken from the EC-Council website and just not edited for Coursera. Many tests questions had content that weren't discussed at all so I had to guess a lot of it. Big bummer.

Overall course is very informative and very beneficial for boosting my skills in theoratically not Hands - on practice. but I disappoint about not having labs in this course. Thanks for instructor for giving alot of knowledge throughout the course.

I watched all videos but I expect more. I think they also have to include hand on labs and demo videos that help to illustrate the real time working to tools.

I was hoping for labs to practice what was learned in this course. Other than that, it was great for the knowledge.
