Bianca is really annoying. I hate being spoken to like a 6-year old. I don't think there was enough teaching in this course, many things were glossed over without much detail. Double entry & Cash Flow Statements for example. But I did like the example businesses. The plug-ins were annoying because you couldn't speed them up or rewind a few seconds to repeat. Sometimes they closed just as a table got displayed so you couldn't see the table unless you went right back to the beginning.

Some questions were completely out of nowhere (not in material), and the voice for Bianca was really annoying and distracting, I did the whole course with the volume off. I also had to still search online for explanations and examples. Less of the real life stories and more interactive activities would be better.

While the instruction and information was good, the quizzes and test had several errors in them that made it hard to truly test the knowledge learned.

this course is base on US economy and backing sector, for Non-US resident like me its difficult to understand. I like the animation

The course is good, but the case study questions need improvements. There is a lot of information omitted from the question.

Unfortunately last one is worst, just throws ratios at you, repetition to keep 4 module structure, and testing wasn't good

I like the videos and instruction method a lot, but the case study and practice problems need more polish.

It would have been nice see more on this. I didn't see much value in the :"expert sections"

Overall, each of these courses have been fairly disappointing. It throws a lot of general information at you with almost zero hands on practice. (No, point and click and drag and drop demos don't count) Every demonstration is shown in quickbooks online, but for tests we have to use Excel. This is frustrating to me because its not a 1:1 translation and makes separating the information needlessly confusing, especially in the earlier courses when you're still trying to get a grasp on all of the concepts. These courses are fine for getting your feet wet with "bookkeeping basics" but if you're going into this expecting to come out even close to job ready like I was, be prepared to find supplemental courses and knowledge elsewhere.

many questions were...abiguious...and then the ones you have to answer numbers...not consistant (commas, dollar signs, you get it) on some tests, one cannot even read the balance sheet for the test. The class is being taught more getting your acctg degree..not bookkeeping... (heck I'm a CPA and many things I havent seen since college). Also, where is the entering AR, AP, paying checks, payroll? It tested my knowledge, or lack thereof, but still doesnt make me feel i'm a competent bookkeeper (ps no mention of QB online vs the download to a PC).

Course material way out of date with examples lacking in content and purpose. Descriptions and exams are not well laid out such as reconciliations and financial analysis section not explained in a linear methodology. Test material and case studies including templates are not acceptable for actually learning the material. Look up Tony Bell (CPA) to learn how to actually teach.

The case studies throughout the 4 courses could use improvement. There were many times where I got stuck and did not have access to help.

It says that I now have the opportunity to take the Intuit Academy Accounting Exam but that is a lie. I clicked on the link and there is no exam available. It brings you to the Intuit Academy where you can enroll in similar courses and then take an exam. Coursera lies! I didn't need Coursera to enroll in Intuit Academy.

Terrible ending to an awesome learning experience. Feels like the team slacked off at the end. There didn't seem to be much effort in teaching or editing in this course. Will not be recommending this course.

It's imperative that a LIVING PERSON, a teacher, be available to help during the learning process. AI doesn't cut it, folks!
