This is one of the best courses which has given me all the basic information. I have also started the advanced courses which are related to fundraising and development offered by UC Davis.

I found the content of this course very well written and to the point. It was a good and crisp course designed for someone who would wish to consider exploring the world of fundraising.

I loved this course! It offers a great understanding of the fundamentals of Fundraising and Development like definitions and gives students the practice repeatedly writing things like a Case for Support until they become comfortable! My only issue with this course is the grading system. I understand this is Coursera and it is easier to have a peer-review system, but I feel like it would be more fair if there were a thorough grading rubric for students to use. Oftentimes it felt like the peer reviews reflected personal opinions and I was never given feedback in the written response section to support these opinions or to help me grow and learn.

I thought the course was good. I enjoyed learning the topics and felt like I had a good overview. I do think that some of the information was subjective and that the quizzes did not always indicate the information that had been relayed. I also don't think the peer review process was very effective and was disappointed in the quality of work that was submitted by other learners.
