The scientific approach, background with context and the detailed explanation by Professor Setia, makes this one of the greatest courses I have attended in my post graduate studies.

Course offered excellent content and effective teaching. The course structure was solid too, the case studies provided were very useful to understand the subject although the peer grading lacked consistency, with many participants not taking it seriously. Peer reviews for other courses on coursera have been much more consistent, hopefully with more people enrolling into the program the situation would improve.
