I enjoyed this course very much and learned a great deal in improving my customer service skills. Trying to de-escalate customers was the most beneficial to me. I like the examples it showed you and the interactive portions.

Quiz questions have a lot of issues which makes answering the questions a guessing game and not a comprehension check. The videos are very repetitive: you have to watch 3 videos or 10 minutes of the same 3 points being repeated.
