Great Course! Prof Baker has a knack for presenting course material, and has a lovely voice. Really wish this course had been around when I was at university.

It is definitely well structured but not an intermediate course in any sense. everything is fairly basic, but helps get you thinking along the right lines of DE&I strategy.

I wish this course had more substance. It was a quick, high level overview with lots of googling and strange subjective worded questions on the quizzes. It seemed like the instructor used the quizzes as a way to herd thoughts as opposed to simply presenting his ideas clearly in his lecture.
