Very very useful. This would be great start to learn the basics first. This course is really good to understand the basic concept of machine learning.

I have some background in Math, and first two weeks seemed to be easy. The third week was insanely hard for me. Anyway, I am thankful for this course.

I liked this course very much, It helped me understand the real math and working of the algorithms that I used earlier but with sklearn or Tensorflow.
