I learned so much from this online course. I never knew how many different strategies there was to negotiating until now. This course is definitely worth the time and effort to learn these skills.

Great self paced tutorial. Easy to comprehend topics and principles. Quizzes are good method for understanding concepts. You are able to retake final exam and quizzes until you master the material.

Excellent course about negotiation based on his book. Professor George Siedel explain in a didatic form and shows a lot of experience and knowledge in the field. I do recommend the course if you want to understand more about negotiation.

It is a wonderful course. Concepts of Negotiation are well defined. Also articulated with case study situations, how to apply negotiation tools and techniques and avoid traps during each stage of the negotiation process.
