Gave multiple attempts to complete the course could you please help

Spent a few days watching the first dozen or so videos, only to find it was a complete waste of time listening to some "expert" ramble on without any substantial content. As someone in the foreign trade industry, I had hoped to gain insights into how procurement department clients think through this course. Instead, the content was incredibly vague—just an overview of general concepts, the kind of basic knowledge you could easily find in any introductory book. The slides were packed with text, yet the presenter repeatedly emphasized they wouldn’t go into detail, spoke too quickly, and shared no practical theories. What’s more, they kept showing off their title as the chief procurement officer at Gaojie, which turned out to be nothing but an empty reputation.

I am surprised to see that Rutgers allowed this specialization to bear the Rutgers name. This gentleman seems to have great history out in the world of procurement and sourcing, but that doesn't qualify him to teach. The video quality is poor, the supporting course materials are just PDFs made from miscellaneous, unconnected blogs, websites and other courses, and I don't believe anything that was presented in this course or the following 2 courses in the specialization contained information beyond what I'm able to find within a generic web search. To both Coursera and Rutgers - this one is extremely disappointing.

I did not like the fact that we have only have 2 videos and are all about the professor's background and accolades and then the contents of the course are 10 long PDF lectures. I believe this course can be improved by implementing other type of resources such as videos to understand the topics better.

Definitely not satisfied with the experience.

Avoid this course unless you want to be delayed and frustrated trying to get five out of six points from peer reviewers who are uninformed and unreasonable. Take a course that is 100% learning and not hours of wasted time on peer-reviewed assignments. The course materials will not prepare you to satisfy the peer reviewers.

Presenté el examen, no me dice qué parte estoy mal y no puedo repetir el exámen porque ya terminó? ¿Cómo? No entiendo... hace semanas hice pregunta a coursera pero nadie respondió! ¿me pueden ayudar?
