One of the greatest courses I have ever had , I gave it 4 out of 5 for : 1. The instructors could be more engaging with expalnation rather than reading only 2. Some material provided were old In overall this course is great and worth every minute of it

The course is very informative and useful. Nowadays, changes are inevitable. How to manage a change successfully is thoroughly learned. The role of leadership lies in all level of staff. It is worth learning course absolutely.

Interesting and well laid out short course. Good basic introduction to this topic. Only limitation is that some of the references and sources for further reading aren't working or webpage has been removed.

This course gave me confidence and knowledge to apply the same in the healthcare system to improve the quality and safety of the patient as well as to the growth of an organization to achieve its goals.

Firstly, I would like to thank you for the course. My suggestion is to ask lecturers not to read from the slide because it distracts students and makes them less involved.

Great overview of quality and patient safety. Clearly knowledgeable instructors. Some of the links to resources don't work so the instructors may want to update those.

The videos were excellent. However, some of the questions were too cumbersome, and several of the readings and resources were not available through the provided links.

I have learnt a lot about how to improve and ensure better quality as a provider through this course. The demonstration and resources were top notch.
