I thoroughly enjoyed the Quality Improvement and Management course, it was engaging, informative, and the quizzes were particularly well-designed and thought-provoking. The course content was clear, relevant, and truly aligned with the principles of continuous improvement. As a suggestion for enhancement, I would appreciate if the instructors could adopt a more dynamic and engaging delivery style. While the transcripts are very helpful, active and enthusiastic facilitation can make a significant difference in maintaining learner engagement and supporting better understanding. Additionally, if possible, the overall pace of delivery could be slightly increased to maintain momentum throughout the lessons. Overall, it was an excellent course, and I’m grateful for the valuable insights it provided.

The course materials were very useful, but the delivery method was weak for me. I found it very difficult to understand what the lecturer was saying, so I watched the videos without sound and only read the text on the slides. Many times there were also breaks in the text or the text repeated itself — this definitely needs improvement, as the sound quality was very poor.

Great information that can be used by people new and experienced in quality. audio quality during lessons could be better, mixed with the instructors heavy accent, some content can be hard to understand without the subtitles.
