I don't think it is a good course, it is not didactic, there is no common thread, the "course" is 9 documents by as many authors, a serie of documents without making any sense, the title of the course is a total deception, well nothing to do with cooking, rather it refers to business management but never, in so many pages, does it define what or what it is for or what the business strategies are, they have no idea what it is to give a course. Their notes on the blackboard are just a bunch of letters, they never focus on them. The questions that are asked as exams are poorly structured and misleading, the truth is I just continued taking them to see where I wanted to go. It refers to the “world of research” and…. ? He talks about “a strange but delicious skull icon” a very dubious statement, in short it has been a great disappointment.
