This course is what every research manager and every one aiming at being an independent research needs.

This course will be more helpful if there are some key exercises to work through such as developing your career development plan from start to end and having it reviewed by the faculty. More of value for money

This is a good course, and I have learned a set of strategies that hopefully allow me to progress more smoothly throughout my career.

Although I recognize the instructors aim to make it as general as possible, I consider some modules quite specific to medical schools.

Very helpful to understand what it takes to be a research leader. Manage a team, build a career, keepfinancial overview. And lots of tips on how other, more experienced people can (need to!) help you.

A lot of relevant topics in research management are addressed. Personal interviews and tips are very useful and give you many possible scenarios of problems and solutions. Great course.

It was a much needed course for me. Learned old things from new point of view.

The course appears to be too corporatized in some of the ideas that it relays. It takes away from approaching research organically, which is important for quality output.
