The Instructor Neil Schulman is excellent! He is knowledgably and articulate. Enjoyed his real world examples at the end of each lesson. This course heightened my knowledge of sustainability in construction. I recommend this course!

The content is borderline scratching on a chalk board. Yes, the "instructor" is knowledgeable yet he delivers the information in a way you cannot process it, or store it (which is ironic since a portion of his lessons are about proper material storage and usage). The "knowledge checks" and weekly quizzes, are over information that is hardly spoken about. On more than a few occasions the quizzes covered material that wasn't even spoken about (yes I went through word by word, and you had to piece meal the information into an acceptable answer). The weekly quizzes do not give you feedback so I went through question by question, making sure I had the relevant information. I could have learned the material faster just by doing it this way instead of having to sit around and listen to this man speak in a horrible way. I failed two weekly quizzes, yet still passed the overall test. It makes little sense on how this is organized and graded. The content is necessary, yet they need to restructure this entire content. Coming home and listening to this man makes me want to leave the construction industry for good.
