The course enhanced my knowledge of how to collect, analyze, and act on customer feedback to drive satisfaction and loyalty. All three lesson were well-structured, insightful, and practical and provide a great insight in customer centricity. Further, It provided valuable strategies for gathering, analyzing, and leveraging customer feedback to improve service quality. The course emphasized practical applications, making it easier to implement VoC strategies in professional settings.

Adorei o curso. Aprendi sobre assuntos que ainda não tiha ouvido falar, como Social Listening e PNL, por exemplo. O instrutor é bastante objetivo e amei o fato de ser um LXP e ter textos no meio do curso porque isso obriga você a parar e a prestar atenção.
