Generally pretty good. HOWEVER: the digression on the topic of blockchain should either be eliminated completely or reduced to perhaps a single slide. First, the (questionable) benefits of blockchain are orthogonal to a discussion of AI in HR applications. Would you get into whether employee records are best held in SQL or No-SQL databases? It's just not central to the issue. Second, the argument presented for using blockchain in the context of AI was unpersuasive, and relied on unsubstantiated assertions about its benefits. Some of the examples given betray the weakness of the argument. The professor cites using blockchain to record the award of a certification by a training provider. But that provider is the guarantor of the validity of the transaction in the first place; there's no "third party" for the blockchain to replace. Additionally, events since the recording of this course have illustrated the pitfalls of too much reliance on the blockchain in relatively spectacular fashion. There's virtually nothing that can be accomplished with blockchain that can't be accomplished in other ways, including methods less prone to fraud and other abuse. Otherwise, enjoyed the course and the series overall.

it is a mixed review at best. some topics were really enlightening and informative. some items are not that relevant and i felt subject matter was stretched to cover more course hours but not so useful - particularly bias, explainability. Prof Cappelli provided a lot of insights.

Very basic and contradictory at times. Module 4 was the most helpful and informative.
