Overall, its a decent beginners course although the flow of the training did lack some structure. I'd also like to add that the audio quality was terrible at times.

This was really disappointing. You'll learn nothing here. It's just a really really simple tutorial. The audio is terrible, and there's no reason to use this shared desktop...

Very poor material, not worth spending time.

I think this is a very useful course as it is a guided project for beginners and professionals who run small businesses or work in the fields of business analysis and business process management. I gained some prior knowledge to analyze the company from a process perspective and further developed the skills needed to find solutions to business problems.

Just completed Business Analysis and Process Management Course from Coursera. The best thing about the platform was the guided project which played an important role in putting the theoretical knowledge to practical use, apart from the quality content. A big thumbs up to the instructor Mahi Ismail

I found this course to be helpful in demonstrating different process flow diagrams. However, the view provided on the video was at some points hard to see. Some diagrams were too small and the video settings did not allow for full screen view.

I wish there had been a lot more concepts, or going over the ones mentioned. Also the random video questions were missing, glossary at the end of a "chapter" always helps. Overall I has content with course

This is the worst course I have seen on Coursera so far. So many issues: 1. Instructions are not clear. The trainer starts with one case and then suddenly jumps to another without explanation. The information she provided for the second case - is just one sentence, which isn't enough to fill the questionnaire that was provided. Are we supposed to just make up the information? 2. Why was there a remote computer in the lab is not known to anyone. You can't actually use it. All it does is shows the same document all along the course, so what's the point? 3. The end result to-be process doesn't seem to fit the case. Why would you add an assessment and several rounds of interviews to hire yoga teachers? Doesn't make any sense. Since when do yoga teachers pass the exams to get the job? The process might be suitable for office employees but seems irrelevant for the yoga studio. 4. The entire course is poorly structured, terribly put together, and horrifically delivered with monotonous voice and several audio glitches and background sounds. 5. The course's title is not aligned with its content. The better title would be - How to use Lucidchart, but it definitely doesn't teach anything about business processes or BPM. It was a complete waste of time. 6. The quiz tests you on information that was not provided or clearly stated in the course.

Pre-kindergarten level staff. This guided project has nothing to do with business process or business analysis. It is a guide how to do a flowchart with lucidcharts. I have run an experiment and asked my hamster to do a flowchart before seeing this content. He or it figured it out and produced one on his own in 3 min. Then I asked him to watch this guided project and see if there is any improvement on his knowledge. I don't know what happened, all I know there was a note left on his or its little desk and he or it is now gone. The note read: "If I figure out how to give him or it back odd 15min of his or its short hamster life back, he or it would consider to take me back. So now I am going to contact Rudy Giuliani to thrash out legal strategy to sue Coursera for irreparable emotional damage incurred, loss of my life-time partner and diminution in my social life.

This half arsed course is a waste of time. Background noise, disorganized, instructor is all over the place and there are errors beign corrected by a small pop up tab. If this had been my first course her I would not be coming back to this platform. I would have been better off just taking the Lucidchart tutorial which is more structured and makes sense.
