It is a nice course, provides information from very reliable & trusted sources regarding a concept which will continue to assume greater importance in the coming days - HR/People Analytics.

This certificate course may be helpful for someone who is wondering if they would like to take their career in this direction. The certification is not substantial enough to provide an experienced person with validation of their abilities, fill in gaps in experience towards gaining a promotion, or new knowledge, skills, and abilities a novice could use to confidently apply for a HR Analyst job.

There is an opportunity for UCI to, at a minimum, define what the certificate might convey to employers as well as learners, clean up their misspellings and punctuation, and review their quiz answers and feedback for accuracy and clarity.

The course length was good. But I feel the "readings" could've been skipped or reduced. The lecture content could've been divided into 2-3 parts perhaps, just so everything isn't pushed into 1 video. Additionally, I found the lectures to be not very helpful The lecturer missed some points and did not explain the concepts properly. Lastly, the quiz questions were quite different from what the lecturer was teaching us. This is why I felt there was a gap b/w what she taught and what we were tested on. I feel the course could be improved significantly, if you work on these areas.

Too much listening. The hearing was too much and also didnt feel right timing versus the presentation content. The tests are good, a little bit difficult, but its okay because its helps you to think outside of the box. The module 3 and 4 I understand better the assignment consulting IA Coach. I ask for a summary and also practice before the test, and my results were way better that going through the material. Anyway, thank you very much for this course

Some of the articles were not the latest and must have left out a lot of new information which might have come in recent times. Example:- Currently, Year 2024 is going on and some of the articles which were provided for reading were from the year 2016 or 2015 which I didn't expected at all. Keeping up the with new info and articles might create an edge from all the other competitors out their in the market.

This is a basic course for someone who has no understanding of People analytics previously, but if you have a theoretical understanding of people analytics and looking for some workable frameworks, project templates, and ways of collecting data and recording it in a way that would lead to developing metrics and analytics based in that data this course does not offer that.

The course study needs to be more comprehensive in teaching analytics. This can be done by adding more activities to make sure that the learner will be able to apply their learning. Also, the test should lean on to the practical application of the course.

A lot of information on many different topics. Not enough detail on some of the more complex topics. Lack of practical/training examples. Good summary/repetition of the HR metrics basics. I was expecting a deeper dive.

I wish I could give this 0 stars. The content is a lot of links to external magazine articles which are full of ads and some of them are 404s. The instructor is not engaging in the videos. The course description also says that I should receive a "LinkedIn shareable certificate" at the end of the course but on my my app it says "No certificate offered". This is a scam course with poor content and fails to deliver what is advertised in the course description. https://hua.dididi.sbs/learn/human-resources-analytics I want a refund for wasting my time with this course but the Coursera site will not let me request a refund.

I didn't gain any practical knowledge on the subject matter. It was only theoretical which made it mundane. Also, this course is good for who have had prior work experience. Not recommended for freshers as you won't be able to relate to the information.

Most of the questions in the quiz were not discussed in the video. The wording of the questions is poor. In some cases the questions and correct answers are barely corelated.
