This was a great course. I learned somethings I didn't know and thought I was doing right. The instructor was clear, concise, to the point and engaging. I would recommend it to everyone.

it is clear and well illustrated and I especially liked the fact that the biological classification and culinary ones were differentiated and explained. It's a shame that the units are only expressed in american ones, as the course would also benefit a lot of people outside the US and don't know what an oz is

promoted the use of dairy products and animal products which I and many others believe to be unhealthy. See Doctors Michael Greger, Michael Klaper and Neal Barnard. see slso Switch4Good. Did enjoy the other material though.
