This course explain clearly about may kinds of food and nutrition, how to built a healthy dinner.

It is interesting. There are beautiful images to demonstrate. I find that having the charts and tables to show the comparisons are helpful to understand.

This was a great course. I learned somethings I didn't know and thought I was doing right. The instructor was clear, concise, to the point and engaging. I would recommend it to everyone.
