The course is excellent for Salesforce beginners, with helpful instructors and easy-to-follow study materials. However, there is a long-standing issue with badge verification, which requires learners to verify their Trailhead badges after completing trails. Personally, it took me two weeks to get all badges verified by Coursera. Expect 1-2 weeks delays to complete the course. Overall, this is a good course if you are a paid learner and willing to wait.

Very basic course with redundant information. A lot of content for the little taught. Also, the Trailhead partnership is more annoying than anything else. It could easily have been integrated on Coursera. Overall, it is easy to complete if you have basic sales experience.

I do have experience in salesforce, so this was not a helpful course. If you are totally beginning with SF, then this may be useful. Otherwise just create a TrailHead account on salesforce for free.

Material seems good bu i would prefer more videos and less reading. seems like i have 2 videos per week.

Quite basic and the contents are rather dragging across modules. It can be more concise and crisp.

Provides good basics on Sales and CRM but some parts can be a bit redundant.
