The Sales and CRM Overview course starts from the basics and breaks it down for you. It was interesting and kept you interested in completing the course. I was able to overview some information I already knew and learn a bit more in depth as well as the basics of Salesforce. It was what I expected and impressive on how it was actually teaching me.

Reading material and videos were easy to understand especially for beinngers. Resume help sections were helpful additon. I would recommend a troubleshoot page that informs students that their browser may cause an issue instead if having to go to discussions and look through a thread.

An excellent overview of Salesforce CRM as a refresh course. The course content is precise and concise. The course requires more reading than listening, lab practice and complete several sections of Salesforce trailblazer. Quiz rests are great and some are challenging.

Easy to follow/understand. Basic knowledge that I really needed to have on CRM, databases, difference between Salesforce and Sales Cloud and other Salesforce products. Smooth introduction to Trailhead, short, but valuable videos content wise.
